We twist reality,
Into artificiality,
We try to fight it,
But it doesn’t let us exit,
This night-mare,
One that causes much scare.
With every blink,
We overthink.
“We” that’s right,
With our brain we get into a fight,
The thoughts are ours,
But we put positivity behind bars.
“We” make ourselves believe,
Things will cause grieve.
“We” release anxiety,
Into our bodies' society.
They say it’s all in the brain,
This phenomenon we still can’t explain,
But what we can do is,
In our mind, find bliss.
It’s not that tough,
We can get through the days going rough,
If positivity we inhale,
And negativity we exhale.
If we tell our mind we’re strong,
Anxiety we can prove wrong.
